Makes 1 cocktail
1 oz Amaretto April
1/2 oz Gin Canopy
1/2 oz Maraschino Cranberry Syrup
1 oz Lemon juice
1 Egg white or vegan emulsifier
4 Nutra-Fruit Maraschino Cranberries
Rosemary to garnish
In a shaker, mash the cranberries with the maraschino .
Add the rest of the ingredients, ending with the egg white and mix with ice.
Filter into the shaker and mix again, without ice.
Filter through a fine sieve into a cooled cup.
Garnish with a small sprig of rosemary.
Vegan alternative at the bottom of the recipe!
For a vegan version: replace the egg with the vegan emulsifier from the company NOROI.
