Delicious cookies full of antioxidants!
1/3 cup NUTRA-FRUIT Whole Sweetened Dried Cranberries
1/4 cup Cocoa beans, slivered
1/4 cup Dark chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup NUTRA-FRUIT Cranberry Maple Syrup
3 tbsp. Canola oil
1/2 cup Quick oats
3/4 cup Whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together. Scoop the mixture (2 tbsp. per cookie) onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake in the centre of the oven for 8-12 minutes until the cookies are firm to the touch and lightly golden.
