Deliciously antioxidant cookies!
1/3 Cup NUTRA- FRUIT Whole Sweet Dried Cranberries
1/4 Cup Cocoa nibs
1/4 Cup Dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 Cup NUTRA-FRUIT cranberry maple syrup
3 tbsp. at table Canola oil
1/2 Cup Quick oatmeal
3/4 Cup Whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. to tea Baking soda
1/2 tsp. to tea Vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350 F
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Place the mixture (2 tablespoons per cookie) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the center of the oven, 8 to 12 minutes, until the cookies are firm to the touch and lightly golden.
