Serves 4 as an appetizer
1 Approximately 400 g of Brie cheese
1/2 cup NUTRA-FRUIT Cranberry Onion Confit
1/3 cup NUTRA-FRUIT Whole Dried Cranberries
1/4 cup NUTRA-FRUIT Cranberry Maple Syrup
2 tbsp. Pecans
2 tbsp. Walnuts
In a bowl, mix the cranberry onion confit, the whole dried cranberries, the nuts and the cranberry maple syrup. Cut the brie in half into top and bottom pieces and place the bottom half in a deep baking dish.
Place half of the cranberry mixture on top. Cover with the top half of the brie and add the rest of the garnishes on top. Bake at 350F for about 15 minutes.
