4 Italian sausages
1 tbsp. NUTRA-FRUIT Cranberry Onion Confit
1 tbsp. NUTRA-FRUIT Dijon-style Cranberry Mustard
2 Puff pastry divided into two equal halves
1 tsp. Butter
In a pan, heat the butter and cook the sausages on all sides. Set aside.
Cut the puff pastry in half and keep the protective paper. Brush the first half of the puff pastry with the Dijon-style cranberry mustard and add the sausage perpendicularly and 1 tsp. of cranberry onion confit.
With parchment paper under the puff pastry, fold the pastry over the sausage and roll. Use a fork to press down and seal the edges of the pastry.
Make small incisions on top to allow the steam to escape. Brush with melted butter.
Cook in the oven on a baking sheet. 15 minutes at 450 °F.
