Vegan alternative at the bottom of the recipe!
Makes 2 pizzas
2 Medium-sized Naan bread
100 ml NUTRA-FRUIT Cranberry Onion Confit (50 ml per pizza)
150 g Prosciutto (6 slices per pizza)
125 g Goat cheese (use log-shaped cheese, 4 slices per pizza)
Fresh basil leaves
Drizzle NUTRA-FRUIT Cranberry, Maple, Balsamic Salad Dressing
Fresh ground pepper
Spread the cranberry onion confit onto the Naan bread. Add the slices of prosciutto and goat cheese. Bake at 375F for 10 minutes.
Garnish with fresh basil and arugula leaves. Drizzle some Cranberry, Maple, Balsamic Salad Dressing on top. Season with fresh ground pepper to taste.
For a vegan version: replace the goat cheese with goat-style fauxmage.
Replace the prosciutto with vegan pepperoni.
