    Finally a quality, local cocktail condiment, a classic revisited by local artisans! Perfect for cocktails, mocktails (without alcohol). The Amaretto used in the product is alcohol-free so the maraschino cranberries are also suitable for pregnant women and children.

    Recipe developed in collaboration with Patrice Plante of Monsieur Cocktail.

    Together we have developed this capricious product to manufacture which requires know-how inspired by the classic Italian recipe.
    Maraschino cranberries can also be used to decorate black forest cakes and as a sundae topping. Excellent condiment to accompany cheese and charcuterie platters.
