400 g Beef, use top round cut
2 slices Bacon, cooked and chopped
2 tsp. Dill pickle, chopped
2 tsp. Japanese mayonnaise (kewpie)
2 tsp. Shallots, chopped
2 tsp. Toasted almonds, chopped
1 tsp. Sambal oelek
1 tsp. Capers
1 tbsp. NUTRA-FRUIT Dijon-style Cranberry Mustard
1 tbsp. NUTRA-FRUIT Cranberry Onion Confit
3 tbsp. NUTRA-FRUIT Cranberry, Maple, Balsamic Salad Dressing
Fleur de sel and fresh ground pepper to taste
Finely chop the beef. In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together with the beef. Adjust seasoning.
Serve cold with a salad using our Cranberry, Maple, Balsamic Salad Dressing. Use a cookie cutter for better presentation. Garnish with a slice of pickle.
